Thankfully, the 24-hour reception provided immediate relief upon my midnight arrival. The professionalism of the staff truly stood out; they offered a warm welcome and efficient check-in. The hotel's modern wellness focus was evident, with amenities such as a Jacuzzi for relaxation. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortably equipped with essential features like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The inclusive breakfast was satisfactory, setting me up for the day's adventures, particularly with Eger Castle just 200 meters away-truly a prime location for exploring. While the services offered were convenient, they do allow for some improvement.
